What does 'Validation' mean in the Free tier?
Validation allows you to upload any image and see exactly how it will look on different devices with our safe-zone overlays. You can tweak and adjust as much as you want. However, downloading the final high-res, perfectly cropped image requires a paid plan or the Lifetime Deal.
What is the difference between Personal and Business?
It's about the type of profiles you manage. The Personal plan ($5/mo) is for individual profiles (LinkedIn Personal, Instagram Profile, X, etc.). The Business plan ($15/mo) unlocks company-centric assets like LinkedIn Company Pages, YouTube Channel Art, and Facebook Pages.
How do Active Projects work?
Think of a Project as a saved workspace. You can draft, tweak, and lock designs for export within your project limit. If you fill up your slots (e.g., 5 for Personal), you'll need to delete an old project to start a new one—meaning you lose the ability to make quick edits to that deleted banner.
